I’ve only looked at 7 collections so far from the Milan bunch but this is my favorite! I absolutely LOVE the deep colors mixed with the bright. Various shades of purple and pink have been my favorite for the past year and I’m loving the knee high socks… this is fall… but I’m thinking about throwing these in for spring!

So this CD came out June 3rd, 2008… I’m a little late once again but I have been listening to it non-stop all week. I’ve always been a fan of Kaskade since they/he produced one of my favorite songs “Steppin’ Out.” I remember the first time I heard it on REAL WORLD. And just recently I heard “Move For Me” off this album so I decided to just download the whole thing next time I was home. It’s goodness. I recommend. I’m especially fond of the song “Your Love is Black” – maybe it’s cause it doesn’t sound like anything else on the rest of the album.

It might not be anything compared to the stories you’re reading on fmylife.com My friend Ben introduced me to this site a couple weeks ago and every time I feel like I’m having a bad day ie) the day I hot glue gunned my finger – I realize that people have it a lot worse than I do.
I know this is a late post, especially since I discovered a few weeks ago and I know other people have heard about it for way longer since it’s always their status buuuuuuuuuuuut I figured I would post anyways.

For as long as I’ve had MTV, I was about ten I think, I was glued to the shows and the various music video shows they used to have. These days there are only a few shows I can count off of one hand that I would watch today on that channel.

Rich Girls
Why they cancelled this show after one season I’ll never know. Right, Ally went to rehab. I loved Ally and Jaime regardless and seeing them go to prom and their weekend vacations to Nantucket. I especially felt like I had a connection with Ally when she had a breakdown in her house and couldn’t make herself any Mexican food. When she cried I cried. Yeah it was that sort of thing. Anyways, I heard they might put it out on DVD so uh hello BIRTHDAY PRESENT!
I think the second outfit may be a little too extreme but I remember in eight grade loving this pink and black together and it was all I ever wanted to wear. I like the pink stri-ped sweater.
Third outfit, I would modify the dress to be shorter.

At first I thought Jenny’s transition to a darker more dramatic character on Gossip Girl just stuck with her character. I didn’t think that she would actually become a lot like this person in the outside world. Teen Vogue caught up w/ Taylor Momsen at Fashion Week in New York during the Jen Kao presentation where Not-So-Little-J revealed that she has created a band! The Reckless!
As much as I loved old Jenny, I think I could like this new edgy Taylor!

If you haven’t seen the movie, go watch it. Although I wasn’t able to watch the Oscars myself, I hear Slumdog did very well and I have to agree it was very much deserved. I’m still so in love with this movie and I plan on watching it again when I go home. 8 out of 10 Oscars? Not bad. Not bad at all.

I love this line by Sienna Miller and her sister Savannah. Both are extremely stylish as well as their line but nothing ever seems too over done.

If you haven’t heard, we can no longer call Santogold… Santogold.She has spontaneously decided to drop the “o” and replace it with an “i.” I don’t know about you but Santigold doesn’t roll off the tongue as well. It’s quite the adjustment.

Smiley Miley in Zuhair Murad
I like this dress, just not on her. Lately Miley has been dressing over her age and this gown is clearly weighing her down but I like the simple hair and makeup. I don’t dislike this but I don’t LOVE it either.
