I haven’t read this book yet but I’m planning on it! Last year I gave up on both The Tipping Point and Blink! part way so I have no idea where I left off. Heard this was a great book though and I want to read it before the movie comes out in August.

So today I found another blog that shows all things that are “RAD.”
An abbreviation of ‘radical’–a term made popular by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Still primarily used by people on the West Coast who find words like ‘cool’, ‘awesome’, and ‘tight’ to be tired and overused; ‘rad’ is generally considered to be a much higher praise than the aforementioned superlatives. Also used as a general expression of awe.
“Those are some rad shoes.”
“Oh, RAD.”
