We have bananas

Two summers ago, Superbad came out and by the end of the movie I was questioning one particular scene. Why did Jonah Hill’s character “Seth” have this obsession with drawing penises. Does this really exist? You never know… people do weird things w/o explanation you know.

We Have Bananas is the perfect website for Seth. The creators behind this site have the ability to find phalluses everywhere.

Just in case there are little ones lurking my page, I won’t post these inapropro pictures BUT you can find them on their site here so go have a laugh

Domestic violence is NOT okay

click the ad for a bigger picture!

Amnesty International recently installed a new anti-domestic violence ad at a bus stop in Hamberg, Germany that actually serves a good point! Using technology, they placed a camera in the ad that reacts when a person is looking at it. When you see the ad, you see a loving and happy couple, however, when you turn away the image quickly turns dark as the man is now beating his wife.

Underneath the picture the text reads, “It happens when nobody is watching.”

David Carradine’s autopsy revealed

Accidental asphyxiation.

Suicide has been ruled out and the examiner, Dr. Michael Baden, hired by David Carradine’s family, is still trying to determine if this was a case of auto-erotic asphyxiation.

His family believes his cause of death was due to a gang associated with the martial arts underground. What this means is a group of people that do not like his relation or interests to the martial arts.

Could be possible, who knows.

Michael Jackson news of the day

It never ends…

Michael Jackson’s memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 7th at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

But if you wish to pay your respects you best pay up cause like Mike, he isn’t cheap. $25 is the cost to attend this fest that will be filled with crazed fans, celebrities and friends and family.

The memorial service will feature music, guest speakers and video screens both in and outside of the Staples Center.

Expected guests include both Elizabeth Taylor and Dianna Ross. It doesn’t matter how much you decide to shell out for that ticket, if you’re a normie you will be in the stands while friends, family and VIP’s will be on the floor.

Vendors will sell Michael’s “This Is It” tour T-shirts outside of the venue as well. The service will be held between 10AM and Noon July 7th.

Anna Sui does Gossip Girl for Target

Anna Sui recently announced that she would be collaborating with Target to design clothes based on the looks of the four main Gossip Girl characters, Blair, Little J, Serena and Vanessa. It was a pretty easy job for the designer because she actually decided to use some of her previous looks from other seasons to create these “inspired by the characters” yada yada yada. Doesn’t matter, I’m forever and always an Anna Sui fan.

The line will debut in stores beginning September 13th through October 17th.

Can’t wait to get my hands on these!

14-year-old author

When I was a young girl, I would write for hours and hours about anything and everything. Poems, short stories, long stories, about my life etc thinking that someday people would magically stumble upon my work and want to publish my story similar to the plot of “The School Story,” in which … that actually does happen to a young girl. Every time I write a blog post it’s like whatever. There are spelling errors everywhere, stuff doesn’t make sense and my thoughts aren’t complete but that’s my blogging for ya.

I just read some news that a 14-year-old girl named Laura Simula recently had her book published entitled, “A Broken Yesterday.” She’s 14!

Synopsis: “The book is a 130-page mystery that tells the story of Carrie Foster, a girl struggling with her older sister’s death from bone cancer and, in the process of grieving, uncovers a big family secret.”

There’s no denying this girl’s intelligence for a second. She even got this book published on her own and the big secret didn’t come out until her parents received a letter from the publishing company to sign the deal!

As if there weren’t already enough on her plate, she plans on donating 10% of the proceeds made from her book to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital. The second novel is already in the works and she plans on going to college and studying architecture and engineering.

Feel worthless yet? I do.
