Michael Jackson’s death has inspired rapper Mase to make his comeback in the music industry. This is…news! I still remember when my brother and I would rap and sing a long to his songs when I was seven years old. No joke.
Before Diddy went through a slew of name changes, way back in the day, Mase was brought in and signed to Diddy’s label where the two of them collaborated on many songs together.
So what will be Mase’s first release in five years? A remix of Drake’s “Best I Ever Had.”
You’ve probably heard her on many of the Old Navy television ads by now, but Lights is blowin’ up. Valerie Poxleitner is a Canadian singer-songwriter who is best known for her soft angelic voice that is often synthesized with pop music. I’ve been listening to her on her EP for a couple years now, but finally her debut CD entitled, “The Listening,” will be out August 25th.

This song off the new album was just released today. Good for you Paramore. In previous posts, I mentioned that the band has gone through some difficult times after their last album and there had been speculation that the band may have broken up because of their hiatus. Instead they took some time off and got back together to write new songs and work on a brand new album.
Even though I liked Riot!, All We Know is Falling is still my favorite. It’s nice to see that they’re going back to their roots on this one.

My first thought was wtf. I know I know this is going to contradict my statement about loving Hannah Montana, but I’ve come to the realization that I do have a love/hate relationship with Miley.
I sometimes enjoy her music. She makes me laugh in her show. What I don’t like about her is that she can be obnoxious. A LOT obnoxious whether it is with interviews, on the red carpet, or with her gross looking wannabe MySpace pictures…
However, although she looks really really good on this cover, I’m not sure if Elle is right for her. But then I found this excerpt:

At Demi’s recent concert in Nashville, she brought out her special guest, her little sister Madison Delagarza to join her in singing her hit song, “This Is Me.”
Another reason why I adore Demi, what a sweet gesture! I feel so bad for this poor little girl as tabloids continue to rip her apart for being overweight at such a young age and yeah, this is becoming a problem within little kids but c’mon… give them a break! I am now in love with little Madison! hahah she looks extremely happy to be with her sister, that’s all that really matters. She’s only 7 years old!
