This building right by campus is getting a makeover! I used to love walking past here and looking at all the posters, it reminds me of just the music scene in general in Seattle. Now I’m hearing that this building on the corner of 11th Avenue and East Pine Street will turn into a 6-floor building with ground floor retail and housing above that will allow for about 84 residential units.
