At just 21 years old, Coco Rocha, is the model with a name familiar to nearly everyone in the fashion industry. She describes herself as, “6 inches taller and 10 sizes smaller than the average American woman…” but just this week she took notice of some not-very-nice comments splashed across the pages of The New York Daily News and The New York Times with the headline, “Coco Rocha is too fat for the runway.”
With headlines like these, what is the general public supposed to think? Being skinny isn’t enough because that’s what Coco Rocha already is. She’s skinny. Now we have to throw up and starve ourselves to be a less fatter version of Coco Rocha? The media and those who create these headlines are giving us impossible standards to live up to. Once we reach them, we put our lives and health on the line.
“How can any person justify an aesthetic that reduces a woman or child to an emaciated skeleton? Is it art? Surely fashion’s aesthetic should enhance and beautify the human form, not destroy it.”
Coco addressed these headlines on her most recent post from her blog, “Oh So Coco.” Please read it as she is absolutely correct! Thanks Coco for standing up because otherwise we would all still strive to be what doesn’t exist. Remember this controversial ad that Ralph Lauren released late last year?

Yeah, I don’t like it either.

This March, Jill Stuart will be releasing her Sweet Limited Package. Girls play PSP too and look how cute this is! I love it. The package contains the Blossom PSP, the case and other accessories, which I believe includes the cleaning cloth.

If you ask a girl what her favorite movie is she will most likely give you the title of a “chick flick.” Most guys will almost never say their favorite movie is a chick flick. It’s a rare case, if any.
One daring man, Nick Waters, and his wife, Nicci (Nick and Nicci! awww) decided to take on this challenge of having him watch 30 chick flicks in 30 days. In case there was any confusion, only he will be partaking in this challenge, and he’s decided to blog about his experiences.
The rules were as follows:
a) a different chick flick will be viewed each night, throughout the 30 days
b) each film will then be reviewed—either in writing, via video, or both—on this site the following morning
c) the movies I watch must be first-time views for me
d) movies can date back no further than 2007
e) the movies I watch can be viewed online, from a DVD, or in a theater
f) 5 of the films will be chosen by myself, 10 chosen by a pre-selected “panel” of women—my wife, mother-in-law, and mother, and 15 chosen by everyone else
So what exactly did Nick learn from this project?
“Love is tender and any real relationship is based on forgiveness, compassion and vulnerability,”
Now the tables are being turned and Nicci will be watching 30 action films for 30 days! To read more on the movies he watched visit his blog here

I love love love Vera Wang! Always! I’m especially excited because she used lots of black and gray in her collection this year, which I have pretty much been wearing all year long. There’s nothing wrong w/ the Snooki hair. In fact, before Snooki, I had my hair styled in a Snooki up-do for my senior homecoming and it was my favorite look of all my dances throughout my high school career. The only we reason we don’t like it is because it’s Snooki, but Vera Wang makes it look classy.
This morning, Tiger Woods had his first press conference since his scandal back in November.
I didn’t personally watch it, but I heard it from my television. I actually feel sorry for the guy and it’s a shame that he made the decisions that he did. I always thought he was a much better guy than that, but meh. It happens I suppose. His apology kind of went like this…
“I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selflsih behavior,” Woods said.
Golf’s biggest star addressed the shocking and sordid sex scandal that has consumed his life since late November.
“I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated,” he said. “I am the only person to blame.”
Woods vowed to “never repeat the mistakes” he made and “live a life of integrity.”
At least it sounded slightly better than Chris Brown’s apology and we alllllll remember how THAT went. Terribly.
PS his wife Elin did not make an appearance this morning.

As risque as they may be, you can’t really blame them. You probably wish you would’ve thought of it first.
Above is an advertisement for HBO’s show “Hung” in New Zealand. I think we get the point.
