My friend Eric has a new project that he has been working on this summer called Silver & Spoon. He has been transforming beautiful antique spoons into every day rings.

About a month ago I decided that I wanted to start making spoon rings myself. I ordered the tools and hit a ton of antique stores to look for old vintage spoons. I’ve probably visited over 30 antique stores/malls over the last few weeks and I’ve had some incredible finds. I set up a workshop inside of my garage and began hand-making each spoon ring individually. Almost all of the rings are size 7, but I can adjust them specifically to nearly any size before shipping.

For every spoon ring sold, Eric plans to make a $2.00 donation to the Riley Hospital For Children through Indiana University’s Dance Marathon.
