Saved By the Bell captured the essence of the 90’s perfectly. Growing up, I felt like Saved By The Bell was teaching me everything the future me needed to know about high school. I knew that I wanted to have big hair like Kelly Kapowski, a sense of style like Lisa Turtle, but not the high strung personality belonging to Jessie Spano. I wanted to find my Zack Morris and have a hang out spot like The Max.

Reality set in and I realized that my life was not going to be like the sitcom at all. I mean what was I thinking – believing that life in Saved By the Bell was perfect. Today, Buzzfeed released a number of screen caps from the show highlighting some of their imperfections.
