4 Spring Trends To Try

Smith Button-Front Denim Bustier

1. Bustier Top

Bustier tops have notoriously been known for being a little risque, but when paired with complimentary pieces, they have the ability to make an outfit ultra chic. Pair them with a high skirt for a spring day or shorts for an indie music festival. Denim is a classic piece that goes with just about everything and the same holds true for this denim bustier top.

2. A collared dress

Nothing is more darling than a collared dress for the upcoming season. It is a classic look that is bringing back the preppy style as a fashion forward trend. I love the navy color and the pattern on this one above because of its retro feel.

3. Monochromatic Color

I cannot get enough of this trend right now. Seeing layers upon layers of the same color in different hues is beautiful. Forever 21 has an entire page dedicated to this trend right now. Check it out here.

4. Non-traditional denim

I used to be pretty timid about purchasing myself a pair of colored denim pants because I was worried that I would never have enough pieces to wear it with. The sensible me saw no reason to buy something if I couldn’t pair it with five other pieces in my closet. However, colored denim is more versatile than you may think and sometimes the challenge of making a piece work is only half the fun. So experiment and don’t take yourself too seriously because people will eventually forgive you for wearing a horrid outfit.

Just kidding!
