From the very beginning, my relationship with Warby Parker has been phenomenal. I’m saying it right now – BEST customer service I have ever had. That’s a pretty big title right there. Just recently, while I was packing for my trip to Phoenix, I noticed that I had misplaced my glasses case. Now, I attempted to fit into other cases I had lying around, but they were a little tight. Not wanting to ruin my favorite pair of Warby’s, I put them into my oversized Marc Jacobs’ sunglasses case. Even still, it wasn’t the same. So I sent an email off to Warby Parker and without hesitation and without me having to pay a single penny for my misplacement, they had already decided to get the order running and shipped the case right then and there.

I love Warby Parker. These are my favorite pair of glasses that I have ever had and I know that I will continue to buy from them for years. I also wanted to note that they did not ask me to write this testimonial about them. I just really wanted to show my appreciation for the brand.
