It’s been a while since we’ve had a food nomz post! Since graduating, the last six months have been kind of a whirlwind, but I’m happy to announce that I am cooking again and thrilled about it. I absolutely love being in the kitchen and even though I’m still a rookie at making meals, it is an activity that I enjoy and will continue to develop on my own.
As most of you know, I follow plenty of fashion and music blogs, but I also follow some foodie blogs as well. Also Pinterest helps make it a little easier these days to find and save recipes. I made these Sweet and Sour Potted Meatballs earlier this week – a recipe I got off of Milk & Mode. This picture is also from the the blog since mine didn’t turn out so well. It was fairly easy to make the sweet and sour sauce and since we didn’t make our own meatballs, Kevin and I decided to throw in frozen turkey meatballs from our favorite Trader Joes to mix in with the sauce. Put it over rice and you’ve got a meal!
