The Best of Fall Bridal

[Romona Keveza]

Not too long ago, I think I was “wedding shamed” by two of my friends when I told them that I wanted to forgo the bouquet and garter toss at my future wedding. Yes, I realize that these are traditional parts of a wedding, but I haven’t always been that traditional, myself. For some reason the thought of throwing my bouquet or having my future husband throw my garter out to a crowd doesn’t get me excited. I’m sure that if I were a guest attending a wedding, I would  be all for that. I’d probably be the first girl to wrestle the bouquet out of someone’s hands. That sort of makes me a hypocrite. The point of this post though is that I have a huge swoon spot for people who do weddings a little bit differently. I like a venue that no one has ever used as a venue. I want to see seating cards not on paper. And I have no problem with a dress that isn’t necessarily white. This, of course, brings us to fall bridal week! Now we all know that fashion shows can be a little bit outrageous and while some collections aren’t wearable, I am definitely seeing some gowns in this bunch rounded up by Fashionista that would make for the perfect wedding.
