A couple of weeks ago, I had the meal of my life on my day off at Takahashi Market in San Mateo. For weeks, I had been craving Loco Moco and now I’m finding myself in that same situation right now. You know how when you’ve been wanting something for some time and then you eat it and then you want it every week until you decide it’s time to stop? That feeling seems to happen to me a lot. Asian food is my comfort food and there’s nothing like a hot loco moco to make you feel warm and full on a rainy day. Must. Eat. This. Weekend. I think it’s about time that I started introducing Hawaiian food to another someone too so I’ll be rallying the friends soon.
