If I could have a Bellini every summer day without it being frowned upon, I totally would. During the week, I treated myself to one and one for Amara’s birthday as well and it was the best gift to myself in a very long time. I’m feeling pretty parched right now and a Bellini would hit the spot. This is my favorite drink of all time and everyone that I have ever introduced it to has loved it.
