The beautiful Keira Knightley got married over the weekend to her Klaxons’ rock star James Righton and she wore a darling blush toned knee-length strapless Chanel dress with extra tulle! And to top it off? None other than a Chanel bouclé jacket, of course. Also let’s not forget to note the floral wreath sitting atop her head. This is such a great look for the modern day bride and though we maybe never expected it from her, it works! Girl can do whatever she wants.
Every time I am involved in some community activity here at school, we do a variation of “Breaking Boundaries” in which every person in the group answers a set of questions. One question is always – “If an atomic bomb was about to go off in 10 minutes, what would you do?” I swear, I’ve answered this question at least five times now and every time I have to answer, I give some generic response.
I would call my family and tell them I love them
I would do anything possible to not be hit by the bomb and seek shelter
I would eat as much food as possible
I would hug everyone around me and wish them peace
Now, these aren’t horrible responses and I don’t want any of you to think that I’m not an authentic person for responding this way, but the truth of the matter is – that I would probably not do any of these things. I can’t answer this question unless I’m in the moment and it is actually happening. That’s just how I feel.
So I think it’s pretty interesting that Steve Carell and Keira Knightley are starring in a movie that answers this question. An asteroid is on its way to hitting Earth, and the two character have a limited amount of time before they are dunzo. After Carell’s wife leaves him in a panic, he sets out to find his high school sweetheart with Knightley in tow.
