Would You Light It?

The fact that candles can come in all different flavors – even the weird ones – never surprises me. I love gravy more than the average human, but it’s hard to imagine what it would be like to have that scent wafting around in my apartment. My guess is that it would have me craving Thanksgiving or KFC and I’d have to satisfy that right away. Is this candle just a tease here? Also would lighting this make me feel like that I couldn’t escape that scent and I would essentially smell like gravy? I’m not sure how this outcome could be a positive one, but I respect the creativity.

Fast Food Merch

Is it just me or is there something happening right now? Uber announced earlier this week that they were collaborating with McDonalds and that when you ordered them through UberEats, you’d also be getting some McDonalds merch – one of which includes a burger printed onesie. This is cool and all, but KFC is sort of doing a similar thing, and while I would never ever wear something like this, I’m actually more partial to the KFC merch than the McDonalds. Just look at this.

KFC Japan Offers Deep Fried Soup

I love my soups, I really do, but do I believe it needs to be deep fried? Not so much…

KFC Japan is offering up a new menu item in which they bread the corn potage and cook it to a crisp. The soup will be available at KFC’s in Japan for a limited time only starting September 5th.

Currently Craving:

It’s just one of those Sundays, you know? Kevin and I don’t feel like cooking unless it’s baking that chocolate cake sitting on the fridge right now. We’ve pretty much just given up on looking for recipes for tonight. Don’t even ask us about going to the grocery store later this afternoon because we just settled on KFC. Specifically, I’m craving the sides. I know that’s unusual to want everything else and hold the chicken, but the heart wants what the heart wants. High cholesterol.

IHOP wants you to be fat

Remember my last post about the KFC Double Down Sandwich? I called the image of this sandwich terrifying. And it is.

KFC can’t take all the credit for obesity though, now IHOP wants in on it too.

Meet your match: The creamcheese stuffed pancakes. Oh lord…

The good news? This is only on the menu for a limited time. They don’t want you to overdose.

Obesity Tales – KFC

Can one person even handle this sandwich? Just the sight of it alone is terrifying, but just wait until you hear what this is made out of: “two thick and juicy boneless white meat chicken filets (Original Recipe® or Grilled), two pieces of bacon, two melted slices of Monterey Jack and pepper jack cheese and Colonel’s Sauce.” Necessary to double everything?

Shame on you KFC…why did you have to go and make food so scary? By the way the counter is off cause I’m posting this a little bit outdated so you have less than 9 days 11 hours 21 minutes and 51 seconds until you can get your hands on this… thing.
