Earlier this month, retailer Forever 21 tried to take down blogger Rachel Kane of WTForever 21 by hitting her with a bunch of nonsense that includes dilution and infringement on various levels. Turns out, Forever 21 didn’t really have much of a case anyways and failed to respond to Rachel meaning she’s basically off the hook. How did she celebrate her return to the blog? By writing a new post and not holding anything back of course.
