After a weekend of perusing wedding blogs, you could say that I am definitely in the spirit of romantic songs. If someone hasn’t used it for a wedding video yet, they absolutely should.
I feel like such a little nerd for saying this, but I have been waiting for this song to be released ever since I heard it on the Smash promos. I don’t watch Smash, but I do find this song to be pretty catch. “Touch Me” was co-penned by Ryan Tedder (OneRepublic) and Bonnie McKee who is notoriously known for writing a handful of Katy Perry’s songs.
Today, I will have finally finished my winter quarter and will be on my way to my last quarter of my undergraduate college career. Nut stuff, right? So even though the weather outside is awful, inside I am celebrating – and this is the song I will be celebrating to!

Until I heard this song, I was always having mixed views about Lana Del Rey. This is a really great track though.
What I love about this song is that after hearing it initially, the chorus is really not what you would expect out of it. It’s so much darker, but such a beautiful song.
