The Coveteur Covers Clueless

As a five-year old watching Clueless for the first time, I dreamed of one day having a closet like Cher’s. The color-codedness. The revolving pieces. It was like it was a dream! Sadly, I never got that closet, but I did come pretty close. I had my very own enormous walk in closet and I think at 22, that’s good enough for me.

The Coveteur is famous for capturing intimate spaces of some of our favorite designers and artists. In their new feature, style icon Cher Horowitz is front and center. Check it out in its entirety here.

Jeff Halmos and Lisa Mayock Living In Style

I think by now we are all aware of who my favorite style icons are in the fashion industry, but hands down – the title for my favorite couple in the industry belongs to Jeff Halmos and Lisa Mayock. Jeff Halmos is one half of Shipley & Halmos and Lisa Mayock is one half of Vena Cava; both just happen to produce some of my favorite collections! I’ve  had a soft spot for S&H ever since Jeanette and I had the opportunity to meet them last summer and partake in their photography project and I have adored Vena Cava’s since they hosted an online garage sale last summer featuring some of their own personal items. Should have snagged those oversized sunglasses when I had the chance. Together, the two of them are sensational. The couple recently invited The Coveteur into their home and the photographs were so stinkin’ cute, they made my stomach hurt a little bit. When this fashion power couple gets married, they will rule everything. Click here to take a peek inside their adorable home.

Fashion Week Essentials

I might just be the only one in my group of friends that looks forward to Fashion Week however many times a year it actually occurs. To those that actually attend, Fashion Week is serious business. Designers spend months sometimes up to a year+ creating collections for the right seasons. They envision the presentation, send out the invitations, and celebrate with the best parties. It’s exciting, but it’s no joke. Those that are invited don’t just attend one show a day, they attend multiple shows a day sometimes all across New York City.

So how do the attendees prepare for this marathon? They pack the essentials. In a post by Vogue Daily, The Coveteur has captured all of the necessities that the Fashion Week A-listers can’t leave home without.
