The difference between  what you purchase (or want to purchase) as a college student and as a post grad are vastly different. In college, I was constantly wondering what dress I was going to buy next from Urban Outfitters for some kind of event that I would only attend for max two hours. Now, I don’t even buy clothes.  My paper goes  towards food, drinks, and furniture pieces like this rock speaker being sold for $320 that I probably won’t even buy until I own my first house . That’s not …anywhere close to where I am now.

But seriously, how cool is this rock. You know you want one.

I’ve got the travel bug! Who has any time for vacations when you’re a working 20-something though, right? Apparently, many of my friends. We wish we could just hop on a plane over to Phuket Island! The Sri Panwa Resort is gorgeous.

Makanyane Safari Lodge

The problem with traveling is that when you are able to travel, you sometimes don’t have the money. And when you have the money, you don’t have the time to travel. How do people win at this?

I’m not in any place where I can travel right now, but it’s not like I don’t think about it. Often. I came across this photograph of the Makanyane Safari Lodge in South Africa today on The Fancy and instantly fell into swoon. What an incredible image and experience this could be. I don’t even want to talk about how much this experience would cost though.
