Bristol Palin’s acting skills. Lol.

Who allowed this girl to appear on this horrible television show. The acting just continues to get better with every episode I am sure.

Pretty Little Liars

Now that I’m out of school, I can finally get into a summer series. My next pick? Pretty Little Liars. The show made its debut this past Tuesday with their pilot on ABC Family. Before you jump to any conclusions, just know that it might not be considered family “friendly.” Within the first ten minutes it was already getting steamy!

The show is based on a book, which I had never read. Synopsis: There are five best friends and one day one of the friends goes missing. Flash forward a year later, the girl is still missing, but the four remaining receive unusual texts from an unknown sender “A” who they believe is their missing friend Alison.

I always get a little worried with these types of series because I’m left wondering how long the show can actually go on? Sooner or later there has to be an ending right? The pilot was surprising and a little shocking. The acting is not as bad as The Secret Life of an American Teenager. My only problem with the show is that I feel that the characters are much more mature than they should be. Aside from not even looking like 16, they are behaving like they are in their mid-20’s.

Chris Brown Finally Apologizes

4 months later. 4 months too late?

Chris Brown… who is your speech writer 😉 hahah

quoted from The Frisky

“Unlike the other YouTube video he put out in May, where he plugs his new album and tells his fans, “I ain’t a monster,” this video is a clearly scripted and exactly two minutes long.  He looks remorseful. He pleads for sympathy. He apologizes to Rihanna, his fans, and everyone else he disappointed when he assaulted her earlier this year. He even says he hopes to be worthy of the phrase “role model” some day. It’s the PR-iest of PR scripts a PR person could dream up.”

My comments: Everything Chris Brown mentioned was so predictable! Rihanna, fans, role model, domestic violence. I think I was looking for something a little more sincere and honest maybe something that sounded like Chris? This video sounds like the plug in I see after every episode of “The Secret Life of an American Teenager.” Maybe his people told him not to apologize after the “incident,” but it would have been wise to have done it then instead of now. Also the only time Chris Brown mentions domestic violence is his relationship to it as he was growing up as a child, not the “incident,” in which he beat Rihanna’s face up!

What do you guys think? Sincere or not? Chris Brown is still a skeeze? Most likely.
