Brushing your teeth on a whole new level

On my trip to the grocery store today I happened to be in the personal hygiene dept. and I ran into NEW Colgate Wisp. Basically, they’re mini toothbrushes. They’re for single use only so… they’re not the kind of toothbrush made just for looks that you get to use over and over again BUT you don’t have to use any water or rinse your mouth.

Awesome. Use them after dinner.

Ultimately, taking steps to care for your oral hygiene is vital. Our oral health is a good indicator of our overall health, so alongside regularly brushing your teeth, using mouthwash and flossing, it is essential that you attend checkups with a Dentist in Newmarket or wherever you might live to ensure that your teeth are in good condition. Bacteria from the mouth can cause infection in other parts of the body when the immune system has been compromised by disease or medical treatments so, therefore, maintaining a high standard of oral hygiene can have numerous health benefits.

What are some of your favourite oral hygiene products? Let me know in the comments.

Pointless when you can get a regular toothbrush for 25 cents.
