Congratulations Molly and Brandon on the opening of their new restaurant Delancey on 1415 NW 70th (near Ballard High School)

This classy new pizza place just opened this past Wednesday, so everything is still pretty fresh. Side note: Just found out that the hanging lights were custom made cider jugs and pickle jars. Clever! Together the dynamic duo hope to bring a new tase to the Northwest. Molly’s blog Orangette focuses mainly on recipes and essays while her husband Brandon has a burning passion for the kitchen with a specialty in pizza HOBviously.

After discovering the incredible pizza that comes from New York, Molly and Brandon realized that they just didn’t feel that way about the pizza in Seattle, so instead they made it happen themselves.

The overall design of the restaurant looks amazing. I’ve only seen pictures, but I would love to experience this for myself.
