Lady Gaga’s Mini Me

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kkp6qBDqkQ&feature=player_embedded]

8-year-old Laura Fontana is good. She’s super cute and she does Bad Romance and Paparazzi well, but should a girl’s role model really be Lady Gaga? I mean…the woman bleeds randomly! (watch MTV performance) So I’m commentating as I watch this video, and I’m so captivated by her, but for some reason she looks weird to me. Maybe it’s the makeup, I don’t know, but it just seems a little bit much.

I don’t know! Interpret it as you wish!

    But, have you ever seen a Gaga interview? She is one of the most down to Earth people, and I think it’s perfectly fine for girls to look up to her. She’s phenomenal. Better role model than a lot of stars today.

    Plus, the makeup isn’t that bad, if you’ve ever seen Toddlers & Tiaras you know what I’m talking about.

      I have seen a Gaga interview, the one w/ Barbara Walters specifically and in that sense yeah she communicates well and she speaks as a good role model, but sometimes her tendencies can be a little erratic, that’s all.

    there is nothing wrong with being erratic. its just different, and i applaud her for her strong and bizarre personality.

    if you ever get a chance, you should watch her interview with cyndi lauper for the viva la mac aids awareness campaign on good morning america. her sincerity and concern for the cause was genuine. she also has made it well known that she is for and actively campains for equality for the GLBT community (did i say ‘for’ enough times there?). i think she is an amazing role model.

    i do see where you are coming from though, and it was strange to see a very heavily makeup clad girl crawling on the floor and gyrating her hips. Here, I would have to say the fault lies on the smiling and clapping parents, not on Gaga.
