A friend once told me that most undergraduate students should complete at least three internships before graduating in order to have a better chance at securing a job after.

Is this true? Can someone confirm this?

I mean is it going to look ridiculous if I have a long list of internships on my resume. I’m about to hit that three quota, but at what point do I stop interning and start looking for paid work in college as well?
