For about a year, all any student at Seattle University could talk about was Rancho Bravo and how good it is. Rancho Bravo on 10th and Pine took over the old KFC and opened up shop in Spring of 2009. I had my first taste earlier this month and can finally understand the hype even though I was never a huge fan of tacos and burritos. Because of its growing popularity, the restaurant is creating a patio as well as talking about plans for a drive-thru to make it an official fast food eatery.The restaurant is a local favorite in Capitol Hill and one of the best places for students to grab a late night bite.
