Another summer has come and gone already! Half of my friends have left for school and the other half are still here because we’re on the quarter system. What a summer it has been though… I have had some of the best summer days recently, the last one being when Jeanette, Jeff, and I took a trip to the downtown library. It was mine and Jeanette’s first time! After that, we went straight to Barneys to meet Shipley & Halmos and then out to dinner together with Jeanette’s family to see her uncle perform. I love special little moments like these.

Here is my list of the top 10 little things that have made my summer so special.

1. Driving down I-5 into Seattle as the sun goes down.

2. Exploring and learning more about my neighborhood.

3. Waking up to the sliver of the sun shining through my room.

4. Finding clothes I forgot about in the back of my closet that will be coming back to school with me this year!

5. Grabbing sushi at the same restaurant two days in a row with the same waiter and being called out on it.

6. Swooning over the male characters in my favorite romantic comedies.

7. Spending the entire afternoon in a book store.

8. Downloading new music to add to my iTunes library.

9. The epic Summer 2010 list that has been a five-year tradition and sharing it with my best friends.

10. Creating the perfect summer outfits.
