Forever 21 is a favorite among pre-teens, teenage girls, young adults, and even adult women. For the most part, their clothes mirror rising trends (imitation is a form of flattery?) are in-expensive, and of decent quality. If you shop at Forever 21 you must have patience and understand the importance of selectivity because if you are just a rookie, you will slip up. You’ll come home with a fringed poncho, sequined shoes, and tank tops with very bold and aggressive statements splashed across them. This is what prompts us to say, “WTForever21!” Don’t get me wrong, I love the retailer. I’ve purchased some beautiful dresses, plain tank tops and t-shirts, and even $10 jeans there, but that doesn’t me that I haven’t ever questioned some of their merchandise.
