Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel Marry

The couple married on October 19th in Italy surrounded by their closest family and friends and wait-for-it (as if you can’t see it already!) – Jessica Biel wore a pink  Giambattista Valli gown! Talk about risks from someone who doesn’t often take risks! She looks stunning of course, but this is me writing this so I don’t know if I could ever tell you that a bride doesn’t look gorgeous on her wedding day. The couple has sold their exclusive photos to both People and OK! for a whopping $300,000. Hi, I can’t wait to see these.

The Last

It’s not often that I come across something that I resonate so strongly with. “The Last” by Wong Fu Productions is a simple and refreshing answer to the question of “How many have you loved?” It features  Harry Shum Jr. (otherwise known as Glee’s Mike Chang!) and Kina Grannis as the two main characters – but hey! there’s also an appearance by Kaba Modern dancer Yuri Tag.

This was an incredible short. Thank you so much Doobybrain for sharing it.

Internet University

When I was in high school, we had a spirit day in the spring that was called “Wear your future college’s sweatshirt” Day. It was all sorts of pretentiousness, but at 18 – we didn’t care. Heck – we were proud to be showing off where we were all going and it was a very quick way of finding out information even if you knew you were never going to talk to that person. Ever. You still don’t. And that’s why we have Facebook.

Well, the internet sweatshirt was created because – let’s be honest here – the majority of our learning has come from the internet. Research papers, presentations, defining words…yeah I don’t pull out the Webster anymore, I just pull up Dictionary.com. (I’m just kidding, my teachers were great!) But seriously… the internet was great too.

Wants: The Day-to-Evening Blouse

Lately, I’ve found myself to be in a slight dilemma. Hi! I’m living a double life! Not really, but I’ve got a day job and a night job (this one!) and that makes things difficult sometimes. Last week, I had two events that I was attending after work which meant that I needed to have outfits that would translate well in the office as well as for where I was headed to in the evening. Turns out, I don’t have a lot of those outfits so now I’m on the hunt – the hunt for something very specific. The appropriate day-to-night blouses!
