You know that saying…when something is out of reach, it makes you want it more? I read an article the other day about Trader Joes’ cookie butter and how there was a 2 jar limit per person in stores. In my head I thought to myself, what makes a product so good that it has to have some sort of a limit on it?! When is the last time I ever heard of something like that? Probably on a toy. Not a food item. I was first introduced to cookie butter by my former co-worker Allison last year when she would keep a jar of it at her desk for leisurely snacking and while I was intrigued by the smell of it (cinnamon and gingerbread) I never tried more than just a finger full of it.
When I was at Trader Joe’s this past weekend, sure enough, the cookie butter was completely SOLD OUT. Naturally, two days later, I am finding that I just want my own jar of it now.
Do any of you eat cookie butter? If so, what do you eat it with? I’m dying to know! Cookies?!
