When I was living in Capitol Hill, there was no shortage of getting bubble tea. In the International District, you could find it everywhere whether it was in a specialty store or a restaurant. Here in Bellevue, the same cannot be said, which is why I am so excited to announce that Drive Thru Boba of Factoria is opening up a new location right in downtown. Kevin let slip on the news this morning and we already can’t wait. This is such a huge move for the place and I hope if you’re on the Eastside that you’ll give it a try.
