I know I always talk about my favorite places to eat at in Capitol Hill, but there’s another area that deserves some recognition as well. For my last lunch today, Toby and I went to Gilberts on Main in Bellevue – a place that I have never tried before, but am now in love with. Apparently, we both have bad timing because I’m leaving and I never even got a chance to try their breakfast omelettes! I ordered the “Tuna w/ Chipotle Cream Cheese” under the Light-Bite Bagel Sandwiches (pictured above.) Yum! If you ever get a chance to visit the Eastside, Gilbert’s is a must-stop. You won’t be disappointed.
