SNL Spoofs Girls in Season Premiere

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZwsozPPSqg]

I missed the premiere episode of Saturday Night Live last night and it wasn’t one to miss because our favorite Tina Fey was hosting the premiere. It’s actually a little funny that Tina Fey decided to poke fun at Girls since her and Amy Poehler made a comment about the show and Lena Dunham last year at the Golden Globe Awards when they hosted. The skit itself, however, is pretty much spot-on. Well done, Fey.

Currently Craving:

photo cred | Wagshal’s

Sometimes I think I am completely opposite. I’ll be eating breakfast in just a little bit, but I woke up this morning craving a Caprese Sandwich. Maybe it’s because it’s the end of the summer or maybe it’s because I have no leads on how to find one here in the Bay and definitely know of a place I could go to up in Seattle – whatever the case – this is going to continue to be a craving that won’t be satisfied. How good does this look though?!

Sleeping Styles

For every sleeping style, there is always a positive and a negative. In this situation, we only have the downsides. Readers, which one are you? I am definitely the side sleeper and end up waking up multiple times in the night to get comfortable again or flip sides. Woof…the things we go through to get some rest.

Out On The Town: 9/27

Several years ago, Noah and the Whale released their single, “Blue Skies” and I fell in love with it immediately. Years later, it’s still one of my favorite songs.  These guys will be playing at the Neptune tonight on their Heart of Nowhere tour. If you’re looking for plans, this band will surely lead to a wonderful start to your weekend.

Tickets are $20 today and doors will open at 8:00PM with the show starting at 9:00PM. Special guests include Poor Moon.
