After 9 months since they opened their doors, we are deeply saddened to announce that Band of Outsiders is closing up shop – their storefront at least! There has been even more sad news swirling for weeks that they’ve cancelled their fall wholesale orders and laid off a chunk of their staff so this isn’t super surprising to hear. We hope that this is the end of the bad news though because, honestly, I don’t know if I can take anymore. For as long as I can remember, Band of Outsiders has always been one of my favorite fashion brands. It’s the one that resonates to my inner hipsterness the most and with all of their cute polaroid advertisements, how can you not love them?

If you’re in New York and are looking for a good sale, everything at their store is currently 40% off. Their shop will shutter at the end of June.
