The National Museum Installs a 10,000 Square Foot Ball Pit

To give visitors the experience of being at a beach indoors, the National Museum filled a very large space with a white ball pit. The interactive installation titled, “The BEACH,” includes all of your favorite beach accessories with umbrellas, beach chairs, and floaties. The firm responsible for this installation, Snarkitecture, typically puts out pieces of work that blend a combination of both design and experience. The installation will call the National Museum in DC home through September 7th so if you have a chance to see it in real life, you definitely should!
