Golden Globes 2016 Red Carpet Arrivals

Zendaya in Marchesa

This was, hands down, the best look of the night. It’s so hard to hate on a Marchesa gown and of course Zendaya – the 19-year old startlet that everyone couldn’t wait to see on the red carpet this evening. I’m loving everything about this regal red look. It’s so age appropriate and really very pretty.

Amber Heard in Gucci

Amy Schumer in Prabal Gurung

Jennifer Lawrence in Dior

Everyone is actually saying that this is their favorite look and honestly, I think it’s just because people like Jennifer Lawrence. I don’t like this look because I don’t NOT like Jennifer Lawrence, but I just don’t love the column-style dress, that’s all. Also, not a fan of the neck jewelry. *shrug emoji*

Lady Gaga in custom Versace

Cate Blanchett in Givenchy Couture

Julianne Moore in Tom Ford

Ugh, we just love her. No matter how many years pass by, she never ages and she’s still wearing those sexy slinky dresses that we all love.

Alicia Vikander in Louis Vuitton

Is it just me or does this look like a kitchen apron to you?

Kate Winslet in Ralph Lauren

Brie Larson in custom Calvin Klein

YES YES YES! We’re so so excited about this look. This is probably my 2nd favorite after Zendaya. Brie Larson won for Room this evening and she’s so deserving of it. I remember when I used to watch her on the sitcom “Raising Dad” and now look at her. This is a beautiful look and it’s even more amazing that the Calvin Klein designed this especially for her. My only qualm with this is that she doesn’t have the best posture therefore it looks like she’s not wearing this dress with confidence and she should!

Olivia Palermo in Delpozo

Flawless as always, but what is she doing there?

Jaime Alexander in Genny

Eva Longoria in Georges Hobeika

I’m very partial to white gowns on the red carpet because I think they’re so sleek and elegant. I also really like how this one is adorned with a florals, but only just a little bit. It’s fantastic because it doesn’t take away from the rest of the white.

Bryce Dallas Howard in Jenny Packham

She bought this dress from Neiman Marcus this year! One of us. One of us!

Gina Rodriguez in Zac Posen and showing off her pockets

Sophia Bush in Narciso Rodriguez

Merrrrrr

America Ferrera in Jenny Packham

Emmy Rossum in Armani Prive

This is boring, plus Naomi Watts wore a necklace like this last year. Been there / done that.

Laverne Cox in Elizabeth Kennedy

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Atelier Versace

Leslie Mann wearing Monique Lhuillier

NO.

Natalie Dormer in J. Mendel

ALSO NO.

Zoe Kazan wearing Miu Miu with boyfriend Paul Dano

These two are so qt.

Kirsten Dunst in Valentino

Now normally, we would’ve been like NO this is too much skin, but we haven’t seen Kirsten Dunst in awhile and she’s a fox! This daring plunging neckline has awesome and she made the standard black dress a little bit more exciting.

Viola Davis in Marchesa

Olivia Wilde in Michael Kors

The best part about this look is that Olivia just had a baby and she looks like THIS!

Jennifer Lopez wearing Giambattista Valli

Kate Bosworth in Dolce & Gabbana

I was really surprised at how much I liked this dress actually, but I did a double/triple take when I saw this for the first time. I don’t know much about what Kate is doing these days, but this dress is going to put her on the radar again – at least for the rest of the week.

Heidi Klum in Marchesa

I don’t love this.

Saoirse Ronan in Saint Laurent Couture

Tariji P. Henson wearing Stella McCartney

Oh my, so much sass. I’ve never watched Empire before, is it any good? Do any of you watch?

Channing Tatum with wife Jenna wearing Zuhair Murad

Can always spot a Zuhair!

Portia Doubleday

We need to know who she’s wearing, pls.

Lily James in Marchesa

She’ll always be Cinderella to me.

Kate Hudson wearing Michael Kors

Trying to bring back the 90’s or some ish

Maggie Gyllenhaal in Marc Jacobs

I don’t love the applique.

Rachel McAdams wearing Lanvin

Amy Adams wearing Versace

I actually love that she chose orange! So different than the rest and probably one of her only looks that I really love.

Emilia Clarke in Valentino Couture

I wasn’t expecting to see capes on the red carpet this year, but I like this one. I like how it’s completely solid at the top and that the rest is just covered in this beautiful beading.

Rooney Mara in Alexander McQueen

It’s falling apart!

Melissa Benoist in Monique Lhuillier
