The CFDA awards highlights the best of the best in the fashion industry annually. This year, celebrities and the most notable players in the fashion world came out for one of the best dressed events of the year. We’re highlighting our favorite looks below and the winners below that.
For as long as I have been following blogs, Anja Rubik and Erin Wasson have always been two stand-out models to me. They were the ones that pushed the boundaries, bared their skin as they pleased, and were always on the arms of some of the top designers at the most sought after fashion events and parties. They were the models that every girl aspired to be, but truthfully – we can’t be. Not every girl can pull off a look like they can and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s just what makes us us and them them, but we can still dream, can’t we? Our girl Anja Rubik was the model featured in Free People’s latest July catalog and here are just a few of my favorite looks:
It’s the biggest night in fashion of the year and for the past four years, we have been covering the annual Met Gala. This year’s theme was Punk: Chaos to Couture and the celebrities did it well. Here – Dakota Fanning looks phenomenal in Rodarte.

To promote DKNY’s newest fragrance, DKNY Original, models Anja Rubik and Sasha Knezevic delivered a live campaign right in the heart of Times Square bringing all traffic to a stop. The models, who are actually a couple in real life, paid homage to the original campaign released ten years ago by smooching on top of the taxi cab.
