Sergeant Brody’s Twitter

Homeland fans – this post is just for you!

A couple of weeks ago while I was at work I stumbled upon an Abu Nazir Twitter account. How did that happen, you might ask? Well, a prospective candidate that I found on Twitter had actually tweeted the fictional character. I can’t find the account now, but it was pretty spot on. Then yesterday I read some news that Sergeant Brody also has a Twitter. (They must be friends, right?) In a funny case of a slip-up, the identity of the person behind the Sergeant Brody account was leaked and it was none other than…

Mister Aziz Ansari.

Read the article here and check out the Twitter here.

Aziz Ansari Knows the Way to My Heart

Okay so in the world of comedians, Aziz Ansari may not be my first choice, but he’s still a dreamboat, isn’t he? We all know my heart belongs to Andy Samberg, Jimmy Fallon, Justin TimberlakeAziz recently let slip to People Magazine his perfect date and whether he’s serious or not, I’m sure I’d still accept.

“My perfect date night: I pick you up. In my Kia Sorrento. You get in. There’s candles in the car. You go, ‘…Is that dangerous?’ and I go, ‘Yes—but I like danger.’

We go to your favorite restaurant, and we have a fantastic meal. We come outside and we see my car’s on fire. You go, ‘Aziz, your car’s on fire. Aren’t you upset?’ I pull out a bag of marshmallows and I go, ‘No. I knew this was gonna happen.’

And then I kiss you. In front of my burning car.”

Met Gala 2011

François-Henri Pinault with Salma Hayek both in Alexander McQueen

There was an unbelievable amount of love for Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney at this year’s 2011 Met Ball. I think out of all the Met Ball’s I have seen, this one has provided the most looks that I have fallen in love with. Well done everyone.

This year’s theme was in tribute to the late designer Alexander McQueen as the museum debuted a new exhibition in his name. Since there were so many attendees this year, I decided to post only my favorite looks (and a few others)  – don’t worry, it’s still pretty image heavy!

Where was Camilla Belle this year?
