2017 Oscars After Parties

Nobody loves a red carpet more than I do. (Well maybe Ryan and Giuliana) but I don’t mess around on award show days and Sunday afternoons with the red carpet have a special reservation in my day planner. However, while everyone is anticipating THE red carpet, I’m also getting ready for my second wave – the red carpet of the after parties. This is where some of the most daring looks of the night come out. We’ve been doing this post after the award shows red carpet for years so if you’ve been with us awhile, this is nothing new to you. Brad Goreski Is A Blogger

Who could ever forget Rachel Zoe’s charming best friend and assistant Brad Goreski? We’re sad that they went their separate ways, but at least things were a lot smoother than Rachel’s rift with Taylor. Brad, formerly known as an assistant, is now a stylist himself having just snagged Jessica Alba as his latest client. Underneath stylist as a job title, we can also now add blogger. Brad has just entered the blogging world by launching his new blog entitled “Brad’s Blog.” Feel free to check it out here to view Brad’s work as a stylist.

– Glee actress Dianna Agron recently tested for the reboot of the new Spiderman starring Andrew Garfield.

– Pacific Coast News reported that they saw Miley Cyrus out last night at Voyeur Nightclub in Hollywood. The club is 21+ and themed around sex. Miley is 17.[Source]

– Jersey Shore’s Snooki was unable to find herself a gorilla juicehead on the most recent season of MTV’s Jersey Shore so the network will be giving Snooks her very own reality dating show. [Source]

– Fashion stylist to the stars Rachel Zoe may possibly be pregnant. If true, this news is coming in at a good time since she recently had a mutual breakup with assistant Brad Goreski and there has not been any word on whether or not her show The Rachel Zoe Project will be renewed. [Source]

Brad and Rachel Split

When I first read the headline of the article, I immediately thought that Rachel and her husband were splitting up. Silly me – Roger is her husband, it’s Brad Goreski who is her assistant. If you’ve ever watched the show, you would see that it is easy to mix up the two. Brad and Roger share just as much screen time with Rachel and both satisfy her needs in different ways that you would naturally believe that they are both married to her!

The Rachel Zoe Project became my guilty pleasure this summer making sure that it was always on during my Saturday mornings while I was making breakfast. I’ve been a long time fan of her work and her books, which I don’t buy myself, but still manage to read during my trips to Borders.

This morning, news was released that Brad would be leaving his position with Rachel, but not his friendship. This isn’t another Taylor situation because this split was amicable.

According to People, Brad explained, “I love Rachel and she’s taught me everything I know. But there’s a point where either I do it now or I’ll never know what it’s like to spread my wings and soar.”

Brad, you will surely be missed. We are wishing you the best of luck – we just know you’ll do great things!
