Condé Nast Discontinues Internship Program

The publication that has made Lauren Conrad famous as a Teen Vogue intern has decided to discontinue their internship program. Girls all over the country are crying into their pillows right now. Actually, the internships at Condé Nast are kind of a big deal. Former interns have used it as a launch pad for fashion industry careers and while the program itself has received a bad name in the news after being sued by two former summer interns who claimed to have been paid under minimum wage, there are people who feel like they have received great industry experience.

Current interns will not be affected by this movement and as of right now Condé Nast has declined to comment on the matter.

@Condeelevator the birth and death

Just as soon as I thought I was going to become a slave to the @CondeElevator Twitter account, the anony behind it decided to call it quits. I can’t blame the person, I mean – hey – they’ve got a great thing going for them working at Conde Nast Publications and all of that is much more important than getting a few a lot of laughs.

So long @CondeElevator! It was fun while it lasted.

It’s Just A Dream

Idol: Camilla Belle

Wearing: what I believe is Alexander McQueen

At: the premiere of Push, Los Angeles

I will always adore Camilla, I have ever since those Rip Girls days… Even though we know she doesn’t really act that well or do very much in the entertainment bizz, Conde Nast Publications and Anna Wintour herself adore her. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a failing outfit… but I’m excited to see more of her and hopefully out with rumored boyfriend JOE JONAS of the Jonas Brothers (Duh.)

Fashionista: Freida Pinto

Wearing: Zac Posen

At: The 61st Annual Directors Guild of America Awards, Los Angeles

I don’t think I really have to say anything about this outfit and the way she    looks in it. Pretty self-explanatory.
