Send Your Love w/ A Card

Rifle Paper Co. – $4.50

When I was a child, Valentine’s Day was always my favorite holiday to celebrate at school. Not only does Valentine’s Day produce the best candy – endless amounts of chocolate and tart candies, but I loved walking around the classroom with my valentines and distributing them out to my classmates. Then, like every other child, I would come home, open up my valentines and decipher the one valentine that my crush gave to me. Clearly, he gave me the best one. How could he not? The card he gave me? Selected just for me because there’s no way there are five other ones just like that one in the box that his mom purchased for him at Safeway. Regardless of how old we become, giving and receiving cards are still special. Even as adults, I sitll love greeting cards and here are just a few of my favorite ones for the loveliest holiday of the year.

National Parks Print

I am far from being an outdoorsy explorer, but I’ll admit that I’ve recently had some desires to take a couple hikes. This map serves as a guide for National Park explorers EVERYWHERE! It’s actually kind of cool, but I’m more attracted to the design of it than the content.

Buy/Check it out on Etsy here.

Kanye West Gets Stitched

Up until recently, Kanye West has been idle from his Twitter. One Etsy maker decided to bring back his infamous tweets to life by stitching and framing them available for purchase. This would look great on the mantle, wouldn’t it?

Nerds Just Want to Express Themselves Too

I love nerds. I love nerd boyfriends. I love these graphic posters of nerds expressing their love. Nicole Martinez, a Boston art director and graphic designer is allowing nerds everywhere to vom out their feelings in the only way they know how – adorably, intelligently and scientifically. Cause…you know, they’re good at all that stuff.

“My boyfriend and I came up with the phrase ‘nerdy dirty’ a while ago because we would say such nerdy things when we were trying to be romantic,” Martinez explained.

PrettyTape

A couple weeks ago, I decided that I was going to create an inspiration wall right above my desk filled with little trinkets, pictures, and gifts from friends and instead of using regular tape, I was going to seek out some colored tape. PrettyTape is SO much better though. I love the girly designs and prints. Not only will they look great against my wall, but they are perfect to wrap presents with. PrettyTape sets come with about 3-5 rolls so price varies. The one I’m going to purchase above is $8.50. Check out the rest of the selection here.
