Slowing down your computers…one image at a time. I was planning on saving this post until next year, but it’s been 3 months since the last collection! I didn’t think it would be fair. Also, I’m pretty sure that these pictures sum up my last fall quarter perfectly. Enjoy!

My favorite fashion role model Rumi Neely of Fashion Toast recently shot for the October catalog of Free People. Here is a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot! So excited. The shoot was photographed by her boyfriend Colin who also does all of her photos for her own blog as well. The beautiful location was set at the home of one of their senior designers in Mt. Airy, Philadelphia.
A Collection Part 18
It’s time to transition out of August and into the fall that is September. Back to school – back to reality – back to dreams. I am so much happier w/ this collection post than the last one. These photographs are not as sarcastic as the last, but instead beautiful, inspiring, and more genuine.
You Don’t Want to Miss This
New York readers, I really hope you attend this. It looks like it’s going to be amazing.

Rumi Neely does Forever 21
My idol Rumi Neely of the blog Fashion Toast just shot a new campaign for Forever 21. The shots look amazing! Lately, okay – over the last couple of years, bloggers have spawned into household names. Rumi has shot for a number of campaigns, Jane Aldridge of Sea of Shoes created her own shoe collection in collaboration with Urban Outfitters, and Tavi Gevinson the 14-year old was sitting pretty in the front row of all of New York Fashion Week. It’s not celebrities that are stealing all of the press lately, it’s the bloggers. Personally, I think it’s kind of awesome. Behind a photo shoot for a celebrity is a stylist and people that do hair and makeup. Behind a blogger, there’s no one. They’re a one-person show.
I wonder what it’s like to stroll around in New York City and stumble upon your face plastered up everywhere…
