Greta – Movie Trailer

This trailer got dark fast. 

– Stars: Isabelle Huppert, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Maika Monroe
– Synopsis: Frances (Chloë Grace Moretz) returns a handbag she finds on the subway to Greta (Isabelle Huppert), an eccentric French piano teacher. Having recently lost her mother, Frances quickly grows closer to widowed Greta. The two become fast friends — but Greta’s maternal charms begin to dissolve and grow increasingly disturbing as Frances discovers that nothing in Greta’s life is what it seems.
– Comes out in March.

It is sometimes hard for me to take Hillary Duff’s acting career seriously. I haven’t been able to watch Gossip Girl this season so I really have no idea what she is like. Regardless, I think her new movie “According to Greta” is shedding new light on the kind of potential she has as an actress.  She was an actress first before a singer and I think in general I just like her better as an actress. This is really embarrassing, but every time she cries in a movie…I cry.

A Cinderella Story, Cadet Kelly, Raise Your Voice, that Lizzie McGuire episode where the paper boy dumped her… powerful stuff right there.
