I can’t believe that it was back in 2013 that I wrote about Soppy for the first time. It feels like just yesterday that I was falling in love with these illustrations of a real-life couple turned cartoon as they venture into moving into together for the first time and fall in love. Well, a year and a half has gone by and the comic has spiraled into a book that was just published back in December. So cute – someone get this for my birthday pls. Comic artist Philippa Rice captures all of those precious little moments that couples in real life know to be so so true of themselves – choosing what to have for dinner that night, who owns what side of the bed, and brushing your teeth side by side.
