It’s been a long time since I’ve read a book for leisure. Last year, I tried to read The Tipping Point and Blink and got halfway. This summer, I tried to read The Time Traveler’s Wife and reached halfway until I gave up and saw the movie.
I’m not reading this book for leisure. I’m reading this book because it’s required of me as an OA, BUT I’m actually quite enjoying it. It reminds me a lot of things I believe in in my life and while reading it, I don’t feel on edge. Instead, I’m calm and I miss the feeling of enjoying a good book.
Which brings me to the question, is there such a thing as a bad book? I don’t know if I’ve ever read one, granted I usually choose my own books and pick out ones that are interesting to me. I used to dream of being locked in a bookstore preferbly Borders, and reading every single book!
